- Ask your vet to fax vaccination records and proof of a negative fecal to 724-935-3677
- Rabies
- Distemper
- Bordetella
- Negative fecal within the past 6 months. No fecal? Simply contact your vet to see if they can analyze a stool sample. In a pinch? Ask us for a quick recommendation

- Complete our online Pet Profile for each pet.
- Or, you can download & print off our Pet Profile (Word doc) and then submit it one of the following ways:
- Email as an attachment via our online contact form
- Fax to 724-935-3677
- Drop it off in person
Before You Check-In:
- Call to verify receipt of veterinary records and pet profile
- Consider bringing your dog in for a brief daycare visit or overnight trial stay to introduce him/her to our staff. This is a great way for a nervous dog (or parent!) to feel most comfortable as a guest in a new environment.
- Pack your pet's suitcase for boarding:
- Your dog's own diet
- A few treats or toys
- Medications or other necessities
- Please be sure all belongings are labeled
